Terms of Use

By accessing Tier1 Talent Hub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials or impersonate anyone.

Acceptable use and conduct

• Use the Hub only for legitimate casting, booking, and talent management purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your role, scrape talent profiles, or bypass technical controls.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or that depicts minors in sexualized contexts.
• Do not contact talent found through the Hub to solicit payment for being considered for a casting; Tier1 applications are always free.
• Talent and clients agree to treat each other professionally on set and in Hub communications. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or off-book solicitations are grounds for suspension.
• Do not use the Hub to distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the service.

Your content

Media, information, and messages you submit remain yours. You grant Tier1 Talent Hub a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content within the Hub to the authorized users described in the Privacy Notice (staff, clients you are presented to, and the public only when you explicitly opt to publish). You are responsible for having the rights to any media you upload.

On-set attendance, GPS, and selfie consent

When you check in or out for a confirmed booking, the Hub records a timestamp, a check-in selfie, and your device-reported approximate GPS location so the client and Tier1 can verify attendance and calculate settlement. By checking in you consent to this collection for that booking. Raw selfies and precise GPS coordinates are not shown to clients; clients see summarized attendance status and hours worked. You may refuse to check in through the Hub, but attendance may then need to be reconciled manually with Tier1.

Bookings, cancellations, and payments

Casting applications through the Hub are free. A booking becomes binding only when a written booking agreement between the client and talent (or Tier1 acting on the client's behalf) is confirmed. Cancellation windows, kill fees, overtime, and rates follow the terms of that written booking. Payment for confirmed bookings is made under those written terms; the Hub does not hold funds in escrow, and Tier1 does not guarantee client payment unless a written booking with Tier1 expressly says so.

Premium membership provides access, positioning, and support only; it does not guarantee selection, castings, callbacks, bookings, or paid work. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; a completed checkout does not by itself activate Premium — the Tier1 team verifies every membership before it is marked active.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, to protect the safety of users, or to comply with legal obligations. You may close your account at any time by writing to tier1modelsinc@gmail.com.

Disclaimer and liability

The Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tier1Models is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the Hub.
