Privacy Notice

Tier1 Talent Hub ("we", "us") operates the Tier1Models talent and casting platform. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, who can see it, and the choices available to you. Contact tier1modelsinc@gmail.com with any question about your data.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide: name, email, phone, password, role.
• Talent Passport information: professional name, headline, city, measurements, skills, languages, headshots, portfolio media, social handles, availability notes, resume.
• Casting activity: applications, notes, staff decisions, client selections, bookings, and messages sent through the Hub.
• On-set attendance (only when a booking uses check-in): timestamped selfies and location coordinates you submit at check-in and check-out.
• Client booking inquiries: company, contact, project scope, budget, and shortlist you send through the Book Talent form.
• Technical data: session, device, IP, and log data necessary to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• Operate the Talent Hub: authenticate users, present castings, route applications, present talent to clients, confirm bookings, run call sheets.
• Verify identity, prevent fraud, keep the platform safe, and meet legal obligations.
• Send transactional messages about your account, castings you applied to, bookings, and confirmations.
• Improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns.

Who can see what

• Talent see and control their own profile, applications, bookings, and attendance records.
• Tier1 staff access talent profiles, applications, presentations, bookings, and audit logs to operate the business.
• Clients see a restricted, professional view: professional name, first name plus last initial, headline, city, measurements, and approved media. For bookings they are directly involved in, clients also see summarized attendance status and hours; they do not see raw GPS coordinates, raw check-in selfies, personal contact details, or private staff notes.
• Public visitors only see profiles you explicitly opt to publish (Tier1 Passport at /p/<slug>) and the public directory, and only after Tier1 staff approval when you request directory placement.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of role-limited service providers to operate the Hub — for example, our managed database and storage host, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor. They only receive the data they need to perform their function, and only under contract.

Storage, security, and retention

Data is stored in our managed database with row-level access controls. Uploaded media lives in private storage and is served only through short-lived signed links to authorized viewers. We work hard to protect your information, but no online service is perfectly secure. We retain account and casting data for as long as your account is active and as required to operate the platform, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and its associated personal data by writing to tier1modelsinc@gmail.com; some records may be retained where legally required.

Your choices

• Edit or delete Passport fields at any time from your Talent portal.
• Publish or unpublish your Tier1 Passport, and opt in or out of the public directory, at any time.
• Request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data by emailing tier1modelsinc@gmail.com.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your Passport data for advertising outside the Hub.

Children

The Hub is intended for adults 18 and older. Minors may only be represented by a verified parent or guardian with Tier1 approval.

Changes

We will post any material change to this notice on this page. Continued use of the Hub after a change means you accept the updated notice.
